I called in person the representative of The western cape gambling board . Again she was so called busy on the phone . Promised to call me back . Then after 3 hours of waiting I called again ( now suddenly she will sent a email today . After promise already by mail that she would come back on Wednesday .

now I understand how difficult it is for you guys solving problems and communication.

I deposited R50 in my Hollywoodbets account. I know R50 is not a lot of money but let me tell you what happened. After I made the deposit, it was showing in my account, but not as my available balance, but under the bonus section. I can't play any slots because it is in the bonus account.

I contacted Hollywoodbets via email. I recieved an email back from Nokuthula L, saying "We would like to inform you that we have successfully located your proof of payment, and your deposit has been credited to your Hollywoodbets account."

It is not in my account, it is in the bonus section. I contacted live support where I was told that I recieved a birthday bonus after depositing R100 end of May. I was also told by live support that there was a technical issue and I was not suppose to play the bonus on the slot side. So, they took my deposit I made today as the bonus and placed it in the sport section as a bonus.

Live support also said I utilized the bonus wrongly. I did not ask for a bonus, Nor was I asked if I want a bonus. I did not put this bonus in my slots account, so how am I the one to pay for it, even after live support said it was a technical issue. I did not even win anything with the bonus money. Should I be held countable for a technical issue on their side?

This is really an unusual situation, for sure, but the casino should be able to fix it even though there was some technical issue and give the money to your account as real money.

Have you played with that money already, though, or is it still sitting there?

I am a very unhappy ith hollywoodbets because it started off as a site that operated as a normal gambling sites with odds and standards that left me as a gambler to accept and understand that i am playing gambling games and that i am taking risks when playing the games that it is a win or lose and at first it was just like that because i would win and also i did lose and understood it very very clear but now it all has changed i dont know if its because i now increase the monetary values in the vouchers i deposit compared to initially coz i would deposit R30 maybe max old be R250 but now i out R500 and above and i jus lose it in a few minutes and last nyt i deposited R320 with hollywood and also lottostar and played the same game simultaneously and i won at lottostar but it took 15minutes at hollywood to lose it all. So i feel like there is a scam that hollywood is doing to us that have been with them for longer

Very true Hollywoodbets is only here to scam us of all our money. And i have learnt that they will lur you to their sites by first making yo win and win and win then thereafter they turn on you by shutting down all winning odds and ther you are never going to win at all and you will keep depositing money again and again and if you deposit the same amount with outher betting sites then you shall win.... HOLLYWOOD IS A SCAM

Hi, I’d say that considering a casino a scam simply because you haven’t been able to win there is usually not enough to support such a conclusion. Gambling isn’t designed for players to win consistently.

You also mentioned that in the past you had both winning and losing sessions. If it has now reached a point where you’re mostly losing, continuing to play in the hope of turning things around may not be the best idea.

Casinos have a mathematical advantage over players in the long run, so it may be worth reconsidering whether continuing to gamble is really something you want to do.
