I registered with this Casino about 2 months ago made small deposit while they licensed in Ontario,,,yesterday I received 20 bonus spins via email, I played and won 11 Cad in bonus spins, after that i manage to win 500 CAD when tried to withdraw they said i have to wager 3300 CAD...but in their T&C it says bonus has to be wagered 35X.
But in this case you need to wager 300X11=3300, I contacted support but anyway there is no possible way to argue with them always some kind excuse...anyway I manage to wager that amount and I have positive balance of 300 CAD, requested withdrawal lets see how long it is going to take to get my winnings, because pending time is 72 hours LOL

Did you manage to wager that? What a stroke of luck, I'd say. What possible excuse did the casino provide if the rules state different wagering requirements as you mentioned?

Just got paid today, but definitely they have messed up rules when it comes to wagering in their T&C.
For example if I made deposit of 50 $ and lost down to zero few months ago and than received free spins few days ago, they are saying that I have to wager my last deposit + the winnings of those free spins, it does not make sense at all.

One good news for today - is the payout. For the rest, sounds like a bad joke. I hope this was just an exceptional human error. The future will tell, I guess.
