At the top of this thread I'm reading that the casino is closed, is this true? I only ask because I just logged off of it after winning some big money and, well, it did not seem closed to me. In fact they've been adding new games and having tournaments. Just wondering why your team would slap the closed label to a very nice place like High 5...


Though if it is closed and I've been playing in a ghost casino, that could be pretty ok too 😜

I was under the impression that High 5 Casino allowed Skrill as a withdraw option. But when I tried it didn't work. When the option came up to enter my bank account info it asked for my user name and password and it kept saying that it was incorrect information which was not true. I tried contacting them about this but no one has replied for a good while now. Any help would be appreciated. I ended up winning about 2 grand and took it all in gift cards. I would have loved the money but after a few days of trying everything I just gave up.

Hi, in this case I wanted to say that we could use an answer from the casino as to why it is not possible to withdraw this way and why your details are incorrect, but I see that you didn't get an answer. Do you still have no new information why this situation has arisen? How long has it been going on?

When I cashed out the $100 I won, (from the daily $.50), I used Skrill. Easy as any other site. So I can't help you there. My mentioned experience held zero issues.

I've yet to have one.

In fact they have been updating the site with some feature improvements and overall quality is, in my eyes, taking on a great shape.

I very much enjoy this casino. Sorry you ended up having issues with your cashout, but I too am curious as to if you heard anything back from the staff on this. If only to better gage the house I come to play in at least once a day, if not more lol. Hope you let us know.

I did get a reply for High 5 to use my email and not my user name when I enter my banking information. So I have been trying to win enough to cash out but that has been very hard this time around so I will keep trying and hopefully it will work when I am able to cash out. Hi Thank you for your reply to my question, they did reach out and said I should use my email instead of my user name when it came to enter my banking information. I have not been able to win enough yet to cash out but I am hoping it works. I would like to move away from Chumba and stick with High 5. I do like they layout so I do hope it works next time I am able to cash out.

Have you tried Luckyland. The same group that does Chumba also does Luckyland. It's my go to casino most the time. I've had very good luck playing there. Thank you for the feed back 🙂

Oh, I see. It's a pity that you picked up the previous wins in gift cards, because you could have checked if everything would have been fine if you had entered your email address instead of your username.

How long did it take you to withdraw when you used Skrill ? It's nice to see someone who hasn't had problems on the other side. 😊

It was quick, I want to say two days. But I don't think I'm remembering it right, it might have been sooner. No longer then 2 days though.
