Oh my, for three weeks, you say? That's certainly not positive and I get it; it's frustrating. Not sure whether it helps directly, but you are welcome to lodge a free complaint request. Actually, part of the procedure is to ensure players complain and let the casino know about that, which may eventually push the casino to take more action. It's merely an idea; I only wanted to mention this option to you.
Did anyone actually get paid by gtspins.com. i mean i have had 3 withdrawals that were successfull so far which totals around 5,300. But i racked up a huge win recently which is around 100.000. Geniuinely the payments that came in were a postive sign but its anyones guess with a balance as such
Three successful withdrawals totalling around 5,300 are definitely a positive sign, especially compared with having no payout history at all.
That said, I can understand why a balance of around 100,000 feels like a completely different situation.
If your goal is to cash out, I would be very careful not to keep playing with the balance unnecessarily. I’d also save screenshots of your current balance, withdrawal history, and any relevant communication with support.
It would also be useful to check the casino’s withdrawal limits and whether they have any daily or monthly maximums, because with a balance this large, you may have to withdraw it in stages.
If the first larger withdrawals start getting delayed, rejected, or subjected to new unexplained conditions, then that would be the point to document everything and look at escalation options.
For now, though, the fact that three previous withdrawals were paid is at least a better starting point than no payment history at all.
So the first 3 came in with no hassle. The latter i made got cancelled for the reason being that the issuing bank had rejected it, i spoke with the support they asked for me to change to a alternate payment method then a day later i went through a kyc check which i completed, ive made another 4 withdrawals totalling around 4400. because thats the daily limit they give you and for the week you have like 8445. So until that gets completed you cant withdraw anymore than that. I have read some reviews on the site regarding this site which gained me a little bit of suspicion; and the fact that its got no licence and so on. But the communication has been there, i always been speaking to them they are very responsive, giving assurances that my funds are safe and the team is working on the withdrawals. i mean it says on the withdrawals page 4-7 working days as a processing timeframe i withdrawed on the 15th night time and today is the 19th not sure if tomorrow will be a turning point, and as it was positive at first potentially tomorrow will be a telling point in the optimisim of recieving the funds. I read a review of someone having 35.000 in their balance and them going through a similar stance but, ive seen that the case was closed as they have been since getting paid, not sure if they actually have all the amount for me to feel a little bit more at ease but wel see
That gives a much clearer picture.
Since the casino states a processing time of 4–7 working days and you requested the withdrawals on the evening of the 15th, I wouldn’t panic yet. You’re still within the timeframe they themselves provide, and the fact that support is responding, you completed KYC, and three previous withdrawals were paid are all more positive signs than if communication had stopped completely.
The lack of a licence is still something I would take seriously, especially with such a large remaining balance, so I would definitely keep documenting everything and avoid playing with the funds you’re trying to withdraw.
For now, I’d let these four withdrawals run through the stated processing window and see whether they are completed normally. If the 4–7 working days pass and they start cancelling withdrawals again or giving vague explanations, then that would be a more meaningful warning sign.
Keep us posted on whether these four payments arrive. 🙂
They sent a message after i asked them how long it would take and why the previous three withdrawals went through without a problem but this one was taking long, their response was early withdrawals can be bypassed but the more the withdrawals take place further checks can be asked as they claim to say it says on their policy. Im not sure if the funds will go through because of the nature of it being handled im not sure of bypassing early withdrawals then asking for verification is common within the casinos but just need reassurances or anyone actaully having been able to revreieve most of their winnings.
Hello, if I may interject, I'd like to point out that some operators do allow, say, the first few withdrawals to be made without a full-scale account check. Typically, when the player reaches a certain withdrawal limit, this advantage disappears. Operators may do this to demonstrate their willingness and ability to pay, but from the players' perspective, once the advantage is gone, it may feel strange.
Frankly, I cannot confirm whether such an event has occurred. Perhaps it was mentioned somewhere in the rules. I honestly don't know.
In any case, I understand how you feel. Jaro summarized the situation well, and I hope we will hear good news soon. 🍀
Yes, this can happen. Some casinos allow early withdrawals to go through with limited checks and then trigger additional verification later, especially once there are repeated or larger withdrawals.
So the fact that your first three payments were completed without problems and the next ones are being checked more closely does not automatically mean something is wrong.
What matters is how they handle those checks. They should tell you clearly what documents or information they need, and once you provide them, the process should move forward rather than turning into an endless loop of new requests.
Since you have already completed KYC and support is still communicating with you, I would give them the stated processing time for now and keep all messages saved.
If they start asking for the same documents repeatedly, keep changing the requirements, or the withdrawals go well beyond their own timeframe without a clear reason, then that would be more concerning.
For now, I would stay patient and avoid assuming the funds will not be paid just because the later withdrawals are receiving more checks.
Thanks for the reply i mean the site itself upon landing on the page doesnt seem anything from the unordinary, it actually gives a lot of slot options and sportsbook offers and the market is quite large, but all that is overshadowed with people being made to wait.. Ive read an article in this forum for someone having to wait over 3 weeks for similar payments to be made, im not quite sure if they somehow recieved the funds however seeing its been closed id like to think they actually have. I mean no licence and things as such, do play with your head a little, since the win is large and the accessibility is minimal, you do tend to think and question their reliability , and fact that they are quite a young site. beginning to think im a small minority of users on this site 😁
I understand what you mean. The site itself can look perfectly normal and still leave you with questions once you start looking more closely at things like licensing, withdrawal times, and other players’ experiences.
With a large balance involved, I think it’s completely understandable that you’re being more cautious now, especially since GTSpins is still relatively young and unlicensed.
At the same time, I wouldn’t let one other player’s delayed withdrawal convince you that the same outcome will necessarily happen in your case. You’ve already had three successful withdrawals, which is still relevant and more reassuring than having no payout history at all.
For now, I’d continue exactly as you are: keep everything documented, avoid playing with the balance you want to withdraw, and give the current withdrawals the full processing window they advertise.
If they go well beyond that timeframe or the explanations start becoming inconsistent, then you’ll have a much stronger reason to question what is happening.🙂
As of October 22 i have asked them nearly every day what the situation is and they said documents and account verification is manually handled therefore whenever they get the green light the funds will be transferred right away. i can understand these checks and everything, but the explanations could be more clearer and give ease to the players knowing its being handled accordingly. i have requested a further 3 withdrawals on october 20. And will continue to request more but as they said once the verification is completed the waiting time on these withdrawals wont be the same and as they are saying will be much smoother. So today fulfills exactly 7 days since the withdrawal request was made not sure how long to ideally wait before actually requesting a complaint or asking for explanations because i have asked in the chats it seems to be the same encouraging and easing answers, it does feel ok at first but as the time goes by; the confusion and uncertainty increases.
I get why you're starting to feel unsure about it. The first few replies can sound reassuring, but after several days without any real progress, it's normal to start wondering what's actually going on.
Since it's been 7 days so far, I'd still give them a little more time. We usually suggest allowing around 14 days for withdrawals and verification-related checks before escalating.
I also wouldn't keep asking them every day if you're getting the same answer each time. It probably won't make things move any faster and may only make the whole situation more stressful.
For now, I'd leave the withdrawals active and wait a few more days. If you get close to the 14-day mark and still have no payment or clearer explanation, then a complaint would make sense.
Hope everything will be resolved soon. 🍀
