Hi,I want discuss about withdrawal from Golden pharaoh bet,that casino keep my money what I win 3 month and all time says please be patient,send several emails to customers service and no-one replies on my emails,I don't know what I need doing.

Hey, I looked at the casino's review and safety index, and I don't find it strange, since it's almost zero. I also checked to see if there was a chance they would respond to you, but almost all complaints are unresolved. 

That's what upsets me the most, and I'm afraid the casino won't pay you your money. 

Despite this, I would file a complaint so that the safety index goes even lower and other players are even more warned. 

I'm sorry I had to tell you this, but it's probably better than having false hope.🙁

I would be happy if you got your money back, but I don't think that will happen. That would be very optimistic after three months.

We believe you, and there are no arguments about that. Just as Jaro said, based on the casino's history and overall Safety Index, the money is lost, I'm afraid. 🙁

If I may next time, it would be better to stay in safe waters safeguarded by the UKGC license. Your profile indicates that you are from the UK, which means that your national licensing authority will support you in the event of any issues. Just saying.
