I'd say the reply you got was kind of a template reply to cover both situations. It may raise suspocioin, but I feel it's more likely just a side effect.

This is so true.i agree with casinostreamer88.the same thing happened to me.i was told 'IF I QUALIFY ' .I will receive the no deposit bonus it would be credited in 12 hours and after the time passed,I sent an email to ask what the reason was that I didn't get it,they respond in an email by copy and pasting 2 sentences from their terms and conditions.see in the screenshot the that I added

Once such a promotion makes you make a deposit because the offer says you should get some reward in return, obviously the casino should honor the offer.

It is not ideal, but as long as we get used to the fact that every single advert shown on TV is 50% lie - just my opinion though - is this truly so surprising? The casino is offline, asked support about it and I was told the casino is closed permanently. Really sad, it was a good one, it had great bonuses

Besides, how did you know it was closed? We have it listed as in maintenance. Do you have a screenshot of the conversation maybe ? 

It's obviously a shame your favourite casino ended up like this. But maybe you'll find an equivalent to it in time.
