Hello and thank you for this screenshot, however, I feel that you probably confused the GOGO Casino, with the Gogo Room VIP that we're discussing now associated with True Blue and Azure Hand.
I do not think that this Gogo Room is related to Leo Vegas.

Sadly, we have no official authority to shut any casino no matter how fraudulently it acts 🙁. We only serve as mediators constantly trying to support fair play.
This matter is for the licensing authority and local law institutions.

Anyway, where did you play the last time - Gogo Room? When did you submit the withdrawal? Because if you are not in touch with the casino, the account is verified and the withdrawal is pending for more than 14 full days, it's time to submit a complaint. 🤔

I did not know that Spin Oasis was involved too. But now I find this:
"Recently, I received information that the mentioned VIP room does not belong to True Blue Casino (already closed),"
Well, let's just see if this recent escalation via Spin Oasis will bring us some answers.

this is exactly the huge con of playing in the VIP Rooms when troubles come no one is responsible because when it comes to these rooms, it's always hard to find out the owner 🙁.
Even if we did, we are mostly ignored in the end.
