There is no such thing as a Costa Rica gaming license but this doesn’t mean that you cannot operate an online gambling business from Costa Rica. While there’s no licensing authority, specific iGaming laws, or any kind of regulatory framework for the sector, this doesn’t mean that the door is closed on it as a jurisdiction.

What do you mean by that? A Costa Rica license is a valid license. Of course, even if it didn't exist, it would still be possible to have casinos in such a country as long as it wasn't illegal.
How does that relate to this casino if it doesn't have that license?🤔

Looks like this casino have added a lot of countries to restricted territories. I signed up from Ireland but site is now saying I cant access and Ireland is on the list in their terms and conditions along with a lot of others. Needs to be updated here.

However, you were able to register there normally and only then did you have a problem with your country? That's quite strange, and you shouldn't be able to register there at all if you enter all the correct information and your country is restricted.

Yes, they just changed it. I was able to play the other day and now it says access restricted for my country. I used a VPN to get access to the site and checked the terms and they have added Ireland and probably a lot more countries to the restricted countries list.

If that's the case, we'll change it when we check it. Did you also look at the Terms and Conditions or ask the casino if you can use a VPN? This is often a problem if you win, because many casinos don't allow you to use one. This is mainly to prevent you from circumventing restrictions such as restricted countries.

It takes some time but they will definitely check and fix it if they see some changes.
