I have gambled over 200m USD on dice on various casinos.
I was up about 40k on goated when i decided to play it safe and put a stop loss on..
For some reason, their stop losses just absolutely cause havoc.
Bets stop before the stop loss hits.
If you start a bet after the stop loss has deployed, it sometimes ignores the stop loss going forward.
After the stop loss deploys, it ignores instructions such as % increase on win.
Sometimes it just ignores stop loss altogether.
I have plenty of screen recordings of this happening.
Goated are just basically ignoring me and saying its their way of doing things??
They admitted it was a little "off" finally and gave me 1400$.
The issue still isn't even fixed and they continue to let people gamble.
Any suggestions?

This is a really interesting issue in a way that I don't recall anyone mentioning something like this before, to tell you the truth.
Our complaint team will surely have a better look into the whole situation in your complaint if the casino will not be willing to communicate with you.
I can see that you mentioned someone from the casino you cooperate now, though, so hopefully it will have a good ending. Right?

Seems to be a lot of indecision in their ranks.
In any normal situation in life, faulty service = refund.
Internet crypto casinos possibly dont follow with the same integriuty.
One programmer is pushing for a small refund, one marketing girl is bizarrely denying the error exissts despite the countless videos she has seen.
