To which email did you try to send the email, please? Are you sure you meet the max attachment size limit? This is the most common problem.

I got one email at 14:11, and the second at 14:46, I'd say the problem was somehow temporary.
I'll try to get to it as soon as possible. Honestly - we're training two fresh admins at the moment, so I'm a little overwhelmed.
