I have been a part of Gamba Casino for many months. I started with a $5000 deposit. I withdrew the same day I deposited. The first withdraw will be verified almost always i think. I can speak to the character of the affiliate and community manager. He has the best of intentions, if you #$#$ up, or step out of line, he gives you chances. To speak to that statement, i had no community behind me, and yet it wasn't a long chance, but he gave me a chance to stream for the casino. It wasn't successful, but to be honest, my pc wasn't running good enough to do it so it wasn't good content.

The one thing I don't like is the serve is a bit slow. It could get faster and they know it and are said to be working on it.

Another thing is when you play to people who don't play a lot, you get a lot of begging in the chat, and when its a new casino, there's minimal staff and they can't have an eye all the time.

Last but not least, community events daily in the chat. Whether its trivia, or hit a multi, the community manager Dan gives 100's away daily. You don't even have to wager to get in these.

Doesn’t matter. They will KYC you regardless if you are up 5-10k. Also advise not risking winnings there if you know they will keep your money and delete your account.

Hi, has this happened to you and did you have a bad experience with them? Did you need to go through KYC or what happened? Could you describe it a bit more please? 

They shut off my access to my account after winning 42,000 and only paid me 16,000. Yes. I tried filing a complaint. Also they are refusing to show my deposits and withdrawals even though I need them for taxes.

And did they have a reason, or did they tell you something why they closed your account and gave you not even half of the money? 

As far as the complaint is concerned, I see you have filed one, but it is still in a state that our team has to look at it. 

However, does this win come from some affiliate relationship between you and the casino or did you just win there with real money and the casino doesn't want to pay you out?
