we believe that nowadays the same IP standalone is not enough to void someone's winnings, so it's good that you've submitted the complaint.

To void the winnings, the casino should prove that you created several accounts in order to gain an unfair advantage over the casino, or that you played in an organized group. For that just the same IP is not enough, I'd say. You see this very common rule that the player is forbidden to create several accounts was made to protect the casino from bonus hunters, sadly, it's commonly used against regular/casual players. We do not think this is fair.

I have no idea how to get back the money and it's is really unfair and the reason they give is really stupid.
