It would be better to contact the casino in this case. Some casinos require you to make a deposit in order to get your payment method registered in the casino and then you're allowed to make the withdrawal. I'm not sure if it's the same case in this casino.

Jag laddade om min registreringsbonus genom att spela en välkänd slot från licensierade kasinon. Med varje snurr gav sloten nästan alltid bonusar och betalade ut absurda summor även med den lägsta insatsen. När jag bytte till riktiga pengar gav samma slot inte längre några bonusar eller utbetalningar!!!

Could you explain the relationship between the word "fake" and your experience? Because I feel you would be very happy if the occurrences were quite the opossite. But you just lost so the games are fake. Saying something is fake is actually an accusation, but let's leave that aside.

I believe this is why such statements should be supported by any means. Something like "the others are telling the same" is obviously not enough to raise alarm. Not sure how you are familiar with the forum, but it is mainly about complaining, partially because satisfied players don't feel the need to oppose you.

I mean, we respect what you say, but without proving that, do not expect a wow effect, please.
