Dose any1 know wot I can do about getting my money out that I won.I ask wot I could sent ID whys because I don't have any photo ID and all the said is passport or driving licence only.And my winners was £900 and now they have closed my account down so I can't even login because am really not happy about this Even my bank card and bank statement were both rejected for something.

I don't not why the bank statement was rejected because it proof of address aswell as bank card photo i sent.And my account not been closed its been blocked.And I they ask me for photo ID and I not got any.Thats why I got in contact the support team but all the say is driving licence or passport. Which I don't have everything eles I can send but they say it been rejected.The bank statement can prove my address aswell as my account number to prove it matches the card to deposit my account.

Make sure that the bank statement is in the right format and of good quality. These are the most common reasons for rejection. Usually the PDF format is accepted.

So, didn't they tell you that the bank statement needs to be in pdf format?
Also, I believe that I never come across this kind of situation, to tell you the truth, that a person wouldn't have any kind of ID with their photo on it. 🤔
May I ask you then how you verify yourself in general? If you don't mind, of course.
