I completely agree with you. They prey on people that are vulnerable, as well as people that don't have the knowledge or experience to know better.
I've seen this site suggested in a few places (websites, forums, Reddit). It seems to crop up when searching for 'non gamstop casinos'

Unfortunately, there’s probably a lot of truth to what you’re saying. And I understand very well that it’s not easy for vulnerable players to break free from that vicious cycle, knowing they could very easily end up on a site like this.
That’s what saddens me the most.
I really wish there were as few addicted or vulnerable players as possible, and that everyone would do their best for themselves and try to seek some help.
At the very least, they should do it for themselves.
Casinos that take advantage of such players and situations like this will always exist. And players will be tempted when they see that they "can" withdraw money. But the longer it takes and the more they realize that it might not be possible, the longer the period of time during which they’ll spend money at such a casino may be.
