Hi, I just want to add that regarding to your 100$  win it is normal, that you need to deposit those 25$ because deposit is mandatory for any withdrawal requests there. You don't need to worry about, it is normal procedure.

My experience is very bad with exclusivecasino..take 5 days for verification after 7-10 days for withdrawal request proceed and additional 7-10 days payment goes to customer account thats mean 1 month process for 1 withdrawal

That does sound like quite a long time, I’d say. That was your experience, yes, but you eventually managed to complete everything successfully, including the verification process, and you received your money as well.

I think the process should be a little faster after you’ve already completed the verification, especially since you mentioned that the verification itself took around a week. So that should at least save you that extra week.

We generally give casinos 14 days to complete either the withdrawal or the KYC process, and by then, the casino should be able to send the player their money.
