It is certainly poor communication when a casino publishes a specific timeframe but then fails to follow it. Players naturally expect the information provided by the casino to be accurate.
However, I believe you are experienced enough to know that withdrawal timeframes are not always guaranteed. Various factors can affect the process, so even when a particular timeframe is advertised, I would not assume that it will be met in every case.
I understand that the delay is frustrating, but you may simply need to wait a little longer. Have you already received the money after a longer wait, or is the withdrawal still pending?
That is not something I like to hear, especially as I would not want the situation to turn into a long wait. Unfortunately, if you continued playing with the money and lost it, there is nothing more that can be done in this case.
To be honest, I am always glad when players manage to remain patient. If a casino refuses to pay and the player submits a complaint, our team can investigate the situation and gain a clearer understanding of what kind of casino we are dealing with.
However, when the money is played and lost, such an investigation is unfortunately no longer possible.😐
Hey, in my opinion, taking "instant withdrawals" at face value just because it’s written on a website is a bit like trusting a TV advert. 😁
Best to my knowledge, very few casinos handle payments entirely themselves. Instead, they pass the payment instructions to another company that processes the transfer. Knowing that, "immediate" or "instant" loses a bit of its shine, I’d say.
I understand your point, though. "Instant" creates a clear expectation, but it doesn’t tell you much about what happens if there are checks or delays, if you catch my drift.
I’m not trying to argue with you, of course. It’s just something I’ve learned from the situations we see with online casinos. Consider this me popping in to say hi and share a thought. 👋
Well, what I meant is that it’s sad you can’t really rely on it. That’s what disappoints me.
(Even though I understand it, that’s probably just a personal thing, because I’m completely allergic to marketing, especially sales tactics...)
Well, I’d say players can come to those conclusions regardless of which casino they play at, if you catch my drift.
I know this isn’t a popular point, but casinos don’t need to manipulate games to have an advantage. And nothing you’ve described shows that someone is watching your gameplay and switching off features or bonuses after a big win.
I understand why it can feel that way. Believe me, I’ve had similar thoughts a few times myself. But that feeling alone doesn’t tell us what’s actually happening. I think a lot of this comes down to how games of chance affect our expectations and emotions.🙂
I expected this reaction, which is why I said my point probably wouldn’t be very popular. 😁
Look, I understand you. Nobody likes losing. But honestly, the cases involving fake or manipulated games that we’ve dealt with have been quite specific, often involving operators from the same part of the world. That hasn’t been our usual experience with casinos that have higher Safety Index scores.
What you may find instead is that a provider offers the same game in several RTP versions, for example, four different settings for the casino to choose from. That’s why it’s worth checking the RTP of the version you’re actually playing.
If the casino doesn’t make that information available, I’d be cautious. You might expect around 96%, but the version offered could be 95% or lower. Personally, that’s not something I’d want to play.
I don’t want to go into this too deeply, but facts alone often don’t change how an experience feels. So it can turn into a general impression that every game behaves the same way, regardless of the casino or game provider. I do understand where that comes from.
There are also services like Gamecheck, where you can read about what they’re able to check and look at their findings for individual casinos. That’s also why we’ve added this information to our casino review pages.
I hope there are no hard feelings. I wish you plenty of luck wherever you choose to play, though, of course, I know luck doesn’t work on request. Still, the wish is there. 🙂
