Jag satte in 50 € och fick 100 gratissnurr. Från dessa gratissnurr hade jag vunnit 30 euro. så helt plötsligt var pengarna slut. Kundtjänst krediterade mig sedan med ytterligare 100 gratissnurr. Jag vann 17 euro och de var borta. Kundtjänst sa att de skulle vidarebefordra det till lämplig avdelning. Jag satte sedan in igen och fick 100 gratissnurr igen. Ytterligare en bonus på 50 euro. Båda kunde inte aktiveras. Efter ytterligare en insättning samma spel. Jag har nu 200 gratissnurr och 86 euro i bonus. Båda kan inte aktiveras. kundtjänsten ger alltid bara standardsvar att de vidarebefordrar det till ansvarig avdelning. Jag skrev sedan till dem att betala tillbaka mina insatser och sedan kan de behålla sina bonusar. Alltid samma svar. Jag borde ha tålamod. De gav det vidare.

I was considering trying out this casino but I was concerned about the max win per spin referred to on Casino.Guru.
However, I sent Empire.io an email regarding this, and now I am not sure this limit still applies. Below is the email exchange between myself and Empire.io.

Hello there and thank you for your concern. I have already informed our data team about it, and as the rule is just about the Live Crash game, not a general rule in the casino, the reason for the warning you are concerned about has vanished we believe. Thus, it was removed completely.
