So true.

I personally view VPN as a protection tool, but you're quite right, I'd say. On the other hand, though, there is still another portion of people who are not familiar with the VPN at all. The tech advancement is crazy 😀.

Regarding this particular casino, I think the time has come to leave it alone. Ignoring players' complaints is a big warning.

I'm sorry to see you have been right. I have no desire to incite anger; however, I would appreciate it if there were a more effective method of demonstrating that the casino is rapidly deteriorating. Sadly, we still need unresolved complaints for that.

After non stop badgering to have my account closed and self exclude/closed permanently (whatever way you want to say it) to never come back, including having another person intentionally log in, so the TOS are violated, because they wouldn’t close my account. They finally closed it! ONLY TO REOPEN IT SEVERAL DAYS LATER AND SAY AS WE WELCOME YOU BACK FROM YOUR SELF BREAK WE HAVE MADE YOU VIP! What???????!!!!!!! And when I went back, yup sure enough logged me right in! This is highly illegal! I then went to chat and FLIPPED OUT ON ALEX! Only to be told it will take a week to close again. I NEVER REQUESTED IT OPEN!!!! I ONLY EVER REQUEST FOR FULL SELF EXCLUSION/Account closed/. I had sent emails daily with words I cannot put in here to try and get it closed! Was in chat daily! To FINALLY BE RID OF THESE SNAKES AND THEY REOPEN IT! I LITERALLY HATE THEM. I can’t even file a complaint because they don’t respond. It is certainly good that you wrote it here. I think that behind such a casino it is necessary to make a rough line and certainly not to return there. If the responsible gambling tools don't work and the casino opens the account you closed after a week, then I guess that says it all. If only there were casinos that respected such processes and didn't mess with players.

I think this site has already done its job. That's why the casino was abandoned. It would be a futile effort to try to contact them further

If contact is lost, the player will not be able to do anything. Therefore, the credibility of the casino depends on replying. A casino that does not reply should be considered a scam casino.

Except, of course, for the accusations made by the players.

Casino Guru should rate this casino's rating as a scam casino.

You are right that the communication is very important, indeed.

This casino already has a very low safety index, and it will go even lower whenever there's some more unresolved complaints, so everyone will be able to see all the information in the review of it.

I just want to add my experience with Elegant Spins Casino.

I got a 50 spin no deposit bonus.

I played my spins, then I played my playthrough 40times I believe it was.

To make a long story short I am not going to get the $50 max cash out, supposedly because I did not play the play through on the same game as the free spins.

This is their newest excuse after 2 live chats and also emails to them.

Before this newest excuse in live chat last night, I was first accused of having multiple accounts (which is a lie).

I was told to send in my kyc documents, which I have done.

In the terms and conditions on their site, it does not say that you have to complete the playthrough requirements playing same game as the free spins. I don’t think I have ever heard of such a thing on any site as a matter of fact.

I would like for people to know of my experience and I would suggest steering clear of Elegant Spins!!

Complete scam. They wrote a playbook on how to scam you. Bonus expired Multiple accounts. You can only play the promotional free spins on one game. You get the money off the free spins and can not play any other game, or they will cancel your redemption. All these posts about supporting the customer support team are written by that scam casino. They will make every excuse not to pay you. I delt with some slow payout casinos(ding ding ) but this one will accept your money have you pass kyc and then not honor your redemption. They are foreign. They are just stealing. Somebody call Trump!!!! There eating our checks, there eating our balances

It's not really the time of the payout that's really concerning, it's more like the path that you can see it coming to based off of others complaints, basically I'm being told the same exact thing others have been saying who have gotten beat. But to answer you Feb 27. It's the response or lack there of rather that has me noticing this. One rep says I used a bonus that I didn't, one rep says it's cause of weekly withdraw limit a week that obviously doesn't restart. I have a screenshot of payment history. I think I believe I know what's going on. When you are fresh to the site they give you a bonus, you win you cash out you write great review, which in return has ppl like me try the casino, same thing at first win, withdraw long process no problem. But the second time you make a bigger deposit, if you lose then hey all is fair, but if you win you will not get paid. Basically they are using the fact that it takes longer for a negative review to be noticed and handled correctly than a positive one. So the casino already starts out as being ok. By the time it's realized that the company is a scam it's too late you have thousands of ppl who deposited thousands of dollars and nothin can possibly be done. These scam artists are using the review sites so that the review sites are basically feeding there victims to them.
