Jag vann en stor summa på 750 euro hos företaget Elabet
Och när jag skulle ta ut det försvann beloppet från min sida och bara källskatten återstod.
Jag har kontaktat kundtjänst och de sa att pengarna kommer att dyka upp inom en dag så att jag kan göra ett uttag.
Det har inte varit någon rörelse sedan igår och jag har inte fått någon information.
Jag vet inte vad jag mer ska göra för att få mina pengar.
Jag är besviken.

not a huge problem BUT, they are licensed from Hellenic Gaming Commission, you know you will get your money if you didnt violate any rule or did something illegal, however they are below the average, the competiion in greek market is very high, for example stoiximan and novibet covers the taxes for players up too 500 euro winnings, there is a crazy taxation20% in winnings from 100.01 euros up to 500 and 30% from winnings more than 500 euros, they offer the highest rtp slots and they pay instantly, however elabet and n1 casino offer the lower rtp versions and some of them like elabet or winmasters they make kyc verification very hard and ask things that are not necessary just to delay you and their goal is to titl and play black your winnings, i currently have 7 open cash out requests total of 1200 euros from a deposit of 50 euros, my account was fully verified, but they ask again documents for additional verification, so yes i think elabet is a level or 2 down than the others companies( im talking only for greek legal sites with Hellenic Gaming Commission license ) with comoros or curacuo licensed casinos its very different, both cash outs speed and players protection and other stuff.

Greece has some of the highest gambling taxes in Europe. Players face a tax rate 30% for winnings exceeding €500. On top of that, operators are subject to a 35% GGR tax and a €8 million licensing fee valid for 7 years. (3 millions for casino games and 5 for sprortsbook , or 5 millions for casino and 3 for sports book i don't remember for sure) , ok my cash outs are approved -no cancelation allowed anymore- I guess they will be completed today
yes its crazy the tax is extremely high in greek licensed casinos,(legal casinos for greek players) some companies stoiximan and novibet covers up to 500 euro winnings, but its crazy for a big win lets say 10000 euros you will get around 7000 euros

i tried to cash out back in the card i used, it got auto canceled, live chat told me to retry i did and again got canceled , then i requested bank transfer on my revolut account and they wanted to send a proof the iban is on my name, it got around 14 hours to be approved and today morning 40 minutes ago i saw the cash outs are approved and the next stage is to be completed , i guess it will not take long
update just received email that all of my 7 cash outs are done

Seriously, thanks for this info—I always enjoy learning something new. To be honest, regulations vary from place to place, and keeping track of them can be really tough sometimes. I know it’s pretty strict in Germany too, but I’d have to look up the specifics.
So in your country, gambling is almost a disadvantage, I’d say. Although on the other hand, if it’s regulated and that rigorous, you have the advantage that you’ll always get your money as long as you don’t break any rules.
As for your withdrawals, I’m glad they were approved and that you should receive everything as soon as possible. Feel free to give me an update once you actually receive them. 🙂

yes if you play big money for example, if you play blackjack you deposit 2000 euros you make then lets say 3000 after 3 hours, you will get on your balance 2800 around 200 is on tax its huge and actually you cant play you are in a great disadvantage,

Oh my gosh, so it really pays to play in a way that lets you cash out the smallest possible winnings, which are taxed as little as possible—or not at all. I’d probably take that approach too.
It’s interesting how you describe it—in some countries, people might be happy with what they have.
