So it seems it's a special bonus for sports betting, I'd say. We are currently only deal with casinos bonuses, I'm afraid.
Frankly, when it comes to bonuses we can't solve it as a standard complaint basically because it's up to the casino to provide players with an advance of the bonus. Especially in this case where it seems that they're having some technical problems maybe.
I'd ask for some compensation, however.

So it's as I said - I'm sorry but we can't force the casino to provide you the bonus, frankly 🙁.
This casino is a fresh one so to me it seems like they may lack the necessary experiences and this is just a poor outcome. I'd be persistent however and as I said, I'd also ask for some compensation.

Hello how long has your situation been going on that you can't make a withdrawal ? The holiday season can be busy and sometimes the casinos have a lot on their schedule, so I would understand if there is a delay because of that.
Anyway, did the casino say any reason why it's taking so long ?
