There could be literally any reason behind it. It doesn't need to be related to your location.

I agree with you. I wasn’t able to ask any questions because they shut down my account. As Daniel noted, there could be reasons other than location behind it.

I'd try to contact them anyway, you're not supposed to have an open account to get in touch, I'd say:

Even though the associated email address is required to start the chat.
