I never said that it has to be your fault or someone else's fault. I am only trying to find out whether all the possible ways of determining where the deposit ended up have been exhausted. I think that is quite important.

I would also try asking the casino whether they can contact their payment provider, or whoever processes their deposits, to check whether they have any proof of whether they received anything from you or not.

Although I do not know exactly what that proof would look like, if the casino says they never received the money, then I am not sure what exactly they could show you.

So I would rather try to think of a way to resolve the situation.

 The casino has not requested any verification documents (KYC) from me, nor have they informed me that my account is under review.

 They only send generic template messages stating that the withdrawal is 'in processing'.

 Furthermore, they are using predatory tactics: they are forcing me to accept new 'Terms and Conditions' through a mandatory pop-up window. If I do not accept these new terms, the system logs me out and blocks access to my account, effectively holding my funds hostage.

 It is clear that they modified these terms unilaterally and unfairly to their advantage, specifically to create legal loopholes that allow them to withhold my withdrawal.

 Additionally, the operator does not display any valid gambling license on their website, which makes their operation highly suspicious and unregulated.

 I am fully prepared to provide any ID or proof of address if they officially request it, but so far, they have made no such request.
