Duckdice won't refund, I'm a live sports bettor. And they're withholding €1400 saying "according to the odds provider" I may have violated their t&c for non-standard play. Which is not true.

they say that to protect the platform they made this decision, from internal analysis they think that I could have abused bonuses, done arbitrage or something else.

Owe me 1500$, closed my account randomly and made up the usual "broken terms of service" the biggest fasad in the industry. With no proof provided as to what was done wrong. STAY AWAY

Hi, nobody would want to be in that situation. When the casino told you that you broke the rules, do you also have in mind what it could be? Did you play with a bonus or not?

Trying to tell me that the way i am betting/ or what it is on is essentially against their terms of service. Keep in mind they are very silent about what they allege you did and never provide any proof of anything so to be detailed it hard. I bet mostly on sports and I never took bonuses or any account perks. Sadly there is little to dispute here, I have never had a duckdice account prior, I was kyced and still scammed for my money, I would very much welcome any help!
I will remove my comments and change them to positive if I receive any of my money. Thanks

I noticed that it is only about sports betting, which unfortunately we do not solve. If the casino didn't tell you anything more why they took your money, it's not okay.

This is the first time I've encountered something like this. I made three deposits totaling 1500 PLN. I won 3000 PLN playing casino games, a few individual live bets, and one football bet. After winning, I tried to request a withdrawal to cryptocurrency. I verified my account. Everything was approved, and the next day, they blocked my account because the sports provider claimed I'd broken some regulations. No specific reason. I was playing legal bets. I won't even get my deposit back. I warn you against playing here. They can block your account for no reason. It's a complete scam.

God eftermiddag Romi, jag har exakt samma problem som de andra användarna beskrev. Jag vann pengar på sportspel, och när jag försökte ta ut dem blockerades mitt konto, med påståendet att jag placerat olagliga spel, och de vägrar att tillhandahålla några bevis. De höll inne mina vinster och vill bara återbetala min första insättning; det verkar som att detta är en systematisk praxis.
Jag försökte lämna in klagomål till de webbplatser du nämnde tidigare, men vissa vägrade att acceptera mitt klagomål eftersom de bara accepterar klagomål från kasinon som de har på en lista, och DuckDice finns inte på den listan. Andra svarade inte ens.
Har du några andra råd om hur man lämnar in ett klagomål om DuckDice? Det här är första gången något liknande har hänt mig, och jag vet inte vart jag annars ska vända mig.
