Jag tog deras bonus utan insättning på dreamscasino. Jag spelade de bonuspengarna enligt deras regler så många gånger som jag behövde. Den bonusen förvandlades till riktiga pengar, 98 usd och något litet, och nu har jag problem med dem att de inte vill betala mig även efter verifiering eftersom mitt land (Kroatien) inte har rätt till det. De informerade mig inte om det i förväg och gav mig en bonus. Jag spenderade min tid och allt för att tjäna pengar och nu vill de inte betala mig. Jag ber om hjälp

I can imagine that your issue could be caused by the platform. I would like to know how did you manage to get the bonus. Once it's granted, it's granted and you should be able to collect possible winnings.

In your complaint, I find that you're waiting for the KYC, so I guess it would be best to proceed step by step, though.

You asked me how I got the bonus. It was like I had a bonus code I wrote to support to activate me tha bonus code and they gave it to me.

Hi there and thank you for that, so you were given the code. Much better, the casino should simply accept that they made a mistake in this case. the RTG platform is well known for causing several issues with bonuses, no matter how badly the platform works, I only see it as fair that once you are given the bonus - especially the one activated by support, it's yours and valid. That just seems fair to me.

I hope the complaint team will be able to explain this to the casino.

I am now in another trouble with them. They told me the verification will take up to 72 hours. Today is the fourth day and I wrote to support multiple times and explained that my ID just expired but the document next to it is the proof that my new ID is on the way (see pictures). The second thing is that I am not paying for any bills because everything is on my mum and girlfriend. I am unemployed by the way. I hope that they are going to verificate me

The another problem is that on my old ID is my old adress and on the new one will be the new and they will not accept it

i also have a letter from them stating I did place and the monies would be put in the game account so when I log o to the game I would be able to collect and then from my player account I would be able to withdraw it once I am verified

they tried to tell me I was banned because I used a card that was not in my name. But there terms and Deb conditions quite clearly state that the person whose account this is should be responsible and legally allowed to use rhe card from which I am as this is actually my account and I only used this card a few times and it’s not the card which I won any monies on. It has my daughters name on it because she is to young to ope. Up a bank account so the bank allowed me to put her name on one of my accounts which I am legally responsible for so that she can learn the value of saving money. So based on there terms and conditions I have not broken any of there rules or laws. And besides I used another card which is in my name for a couple of months after this and they took the money amd ili won with a newer card in my name then all of a sudden I hit the withdraw button and they send me a letter stating that once I with draw the money in the player account. I will be permanently banned. With no mention to the tournament money or 3000, or the other 2600 which was originally pending withdraw . However at this stage I’m only chasing the 3000 of my winnings from a the tournament .

Hello there, allow me to congratulate you on the tournament.

Regarding the verification and the card issue, I guess that would be best if you submit a complaint again.

In general, it is against the rules to use anybody else's payment option for deposits. Though I'm not sure who is the cardholder in this case. I would never use a child's card to deposit in the casino. Sounds like a bad idea to me - quoting: "It has my daughters name on it because she is to young to ope"
