Following a standard and literal reading of the banner, the phrase "Medio Tiempo" guarantees that wagers tied to a scoreless status at halftime qualify for lines being voided (odds calculated at 1.00) in multiple bets. DoradoBet has rejected my internal appeal by claiming the promotion only covers a specific sub-market, a technical limitation that is completely hidden and not clarified within the general public advertising text.

Under international responsible gaming standards and consumer protection guidelines, operators are legally bound to provide clear, concise, and unambiguous information that does not induce user error. Any confusing or poorly redacted clause in an commercial banner must be resolved in favor of the consumer, not the bookmaker.

The main issue here seems to be how the sportsbook promotion was worded compared with how DoradoBet actually applied it to your bet.

If the promotional banner did not clearly explain that only one very specific Half Time/Full Time market qualified, I can understand why you are questioning the settlement. I would ask the bookmaker to point you to the exact promotional term that excluded the market you selected.
