This casino is horrible. Its a complete joke that you give them a perfect rating and it really detracts from your credibility. This Casino, as well as the other ones in their network such as irish luck and supernova, are the sleeziest online casino that i have dealt with. Their verification process takes forever and they require you to jump through so many hoops. They look for anything miniscule thing wrong in your paperwork to delay the process I beleive they do this so will give up. Dom Game processed a wire withdrawl for me on dec. 14 and said it would arrive in my account in 7-10 days. I still haven't gotten it. Pefrect rating. You guys are an absoulute joke!!! Irish luck and Supernova are paying me my winnings in multiple installments and you guys rate them highly as well!!! what a scam!!!

Hello, though I understand you are affected by a bad experience, please note that the overall rating score is a combination of several aspects. We can hardly rate any casino on behalf of your own, unique experience. This is the reason why everybody here can write a user review as well as submit a complaint. Concerning complaints, there have been only 4 complaints against this casino so far and all were rejected as unjustified.

Would you give a casino the bad rating if there were literally no complaints submitted against them? Of course not. The rating isn't a joke. It's very reasonable and makes sense so far. If you have an issue with them and you feel like they don't treat you well, then you have the option of submitting your own complaint. Then we'll do our best to get this resolved.
