Every time they reply, they use the same response. What I don't understand is that why don't they just block my account or just admit that I will never get my money back. They are clearly just using the same excuse every single time.

Frustrating to be ignored like this. They don't even reply to us whenever we try to contact them, you know.

Do you get this from the support email address, by the way?

Hi Brett, looks like although i have only been going into the 3rd working day, but i’ve withdrew £1800 and im getting the clear reality that it looks like im going to be doomed and never receive my funds. However only hope i have is by reading a few other issues where customers have issues withdrawing a few of them have had 1/2 withdrawals from doctor spins, before any issue seems to arise, i’ve had zero withdrawal, so the only hope i have is I somehow get a withdrawal from them. I do doubt it though. i’m guessing you’ve received nothing then?

Hi,

Yes you are right. I haven't received anything since May 2023. I submitted the withdrawal request multiple times and the withdrawal would be cancelled by the system admin and the funds will return to your gaming account. They have removed the chat bubble so I am unable to speak to live chat (not like they are helpful anyway). When you send them emails, they will ignore any emails regarding payouts. But if you ask them to return your funds to your gaming account, they will reply very quickly.

Jesus christ, that’s incredible. I’ve sent two emails already with no reply, yet i had an outstanding £100 withdrawal before i won the large sum, i asked them to cancel that in order to withdraw the large sum of cash as you can only withdraw one withdrawal, which is another incredible thing, no other casino has that either. I’ve read some customers have had the luck of receiving 1/2 withdrawals before having an issue with something, however with my funds being so large i really doubt ill be so lucky, did you ever have a successful withdrawal from them before this?

I had one successful withdrawal only. I have sent them over 200 emails and they will just get ignored.

It's a scam website and I even wanted to hire a hacker to bring it down.

Little update on me. I have been waiting for my £600 withdrawal since the 21st December. I forgot about it for a little while and then 2 days ago I had nothing better to do so kept opening the chat asking the same questions, as soon as they closed the chat on my i just opened it and asked the same thing (this happened about 15 times) Then I had the following email the next day from support@doctorspinsinfo.com saying the following...

We wish to inform you that your recent request has been cancelled due to an ongoing security verification process. Our automated systems periodically perform these checks as a preventive measure to maintain the highest standards of security within our gaming community and to protect your financial dealings.

I have since replied to the email with no response, when i logged into Doctor spins my balance was £600, So I have requested another withdrawal for £600, met with the usual 7-21 day bull answer now, not expecting my money back.

I would suggest you file a complaint here with our team, so we can try once again to contact the casino, even though we didn't have much luck until now.

Even if the complaint gets unresolved, though, it will help to put their safety index even lower than it is now.

Unfortunately we never had any luck with them answering our emails, so at least they did reply, even though it probably doesn't change anything.

Would you be interested in filing a complaint, though, so we can bring them down faster, if they are not willing to cooperate?

morning brett, yeah it doesn’t look promising it’s shocking that they are still doing this sort of stuff so long on from the amount they’ve done you for. If you don’t mind me asking, how much was the successful withdrawal for, and how long did it take to reach your bank? I’m praying i get lucky and get one withdrawal from them also, but i won’t hold my breath…

I have no idea, it's just awful.. No I have not received a penny from them. I originally deposited £250 - won £600 from that but they just close the chat on the site on you continuously, don't answer emails. I've even Said i don't want the full 600 at this point just the original £250 I deposited but nothing...

They cancelled my withdrawal this week and the reason was - Set by Admin - older than 3 months

Hello, I guess you didn't see the casino's review but I would like to ask a favor if you don't mind.

My colleagues added the following warning:

"No Reaction Policy for complaints: This casino refuses to assist in resolving any players’ complaints. All of our previous attempts to establish any cooperation were overlooked. I never ever received my winnings never heard from them got kicked out of every chat so I cancelled myself an as soon as I done that straight away an email saying my money was back in my account I played it all away noing I'd never get it that was after 4 weeks of withdrawing it

That's a shame, really. I'm sorry for this experience of yours.

And you stopped responding to your complaint as well, so it was not closed as "unresolved," which would help to bring the casino's safety index lower, actually. 🤷‍♀️
