I en vecka nu har jag också haft problemet med Divaspin att de inte betalar ut mitt uttag och fortsätter att hitta på ursäkter!!!

Och sedan säger en anställd i ett e-postmeddelande att det redan har behandlats och att det inte finns något att oroa sig för, och fortfarande ingenting. Jag vet att man ska vänta upp till 14 dagar, men jag ville öppna ett ärende nu!

Good day! Now Mr Bet casino is waiting. On June 3rd I requested a withdrawal of 200,000 forints and on June 6th I requested a withdrawal of 1,000,000 forints. They checked my profile two months ago, everything was fine, and now they are asking again. I send the certificates and they always reject them saying they are not good, so I send what they ask for 🙄

Hi, so you can't access the casino, or does the service seem to be down—do they mean that only withdrawals aren't possible? Did you ask them how long this is expected to last? I'd give them some time to sort it out, since they've paid you so far. 

That issue has been resolved. Now, however, AlterSpin Casino refuses to pay out. They have been reviewing the transaction for a week, even though my account does not require verification. I requested payouts of 200,000 and 90,000 forints on July 6th.
