I won $400, hit all the playthrough requirements. After multiple and many emails back and forth verifying my identity on the 3rd or 4th day they denied my withdrawal because I have an arrest record!! This is ridiculous. 80% of people that I know having arrest record. However I am not currently on probation or parole . I think they need to grow up and also let their players know that if you have an arrest record you have no business playing at their casino. Then they logged me out and blocked me. Furious.
Isn't this unconstitutional?

Can't say whether the casino is making something up, but you know what?
I'd say you should at least submit a complaint 👈 We have a special Team of professionals whose only interest is to support players and their approach.
Since it is free of charge, I wouldn't hesitate.

Jag råkade råka över den informationen att licensen gäller i 6 månader, för onlinekasinon. Tja, det händer att ett kasino är i drift i 6 månader och sedan blockerat i 6 månader. You're right it can be quite limiting and I can't imagine how it's good for the casino. I could imagine if it was for the first time, it would get a shorter license and if it proves itself and the players there don't have problems, it would get a license for a longer period. But that doesn't make sense to me and I can't imagine how the players would get money if the casino is blocked for six months. You didn't get to how the players are treated in such a case? Can be quite interesting topic. 👍

Hey, to be honest I wouldn't expect a player to write after almost a year. You played here again and something happened, so why would you resort to opening a complaint or does it still refer to the situation you had before?
