As long as your complaint has not reached it's final stage and we have not invited the casino representative to present his statement, nothing has been proven.

If you are interested in knowing how things work here, I will gladly assist you with that.

First of all, we deal with proven facts, such as those stated in the tab called "Safety Index Explained." 👈👈

Since the day we listed this casino's review, you have been the third player to submit a complaint. The other two were rejected. I'm trying to explain why we have no real reason to consider that this casino has been scamming anyone. I know it sounds inconvenient, but let's give the complaint some time to progress further.

Don't worry, the porcess is transaprent. Just take it as it is for now.

We, for instance, do not consider the same IP to be enough to void winnings. Let's find out whether the casino has anything else to say in that regard. Do you perhaps have any idea what should have caused this situation? I'm just asking, of course.

Well, especially what happened to you in the casino, under what circumstances and so on. All the questions that are directed at you are to prove whether the casino was at fault or maybe you overlooked something. Once we know how it is and we think you are right and we have enough evidence, then we can contact the casino. Without that, we can't go empty-handed.

Hmm I understand a little bit more. If you've broken something, casinos usually don't send such things to players because they could profit from it. What I meant was that we collect everything relevant and you get questions from us so that we can contact the casino. But clearly, if they don't send you anything, don't give you any reason and don't explain anything to you, that's not right either, in my opinion. 

So we'll see what the complaint resolves.
