Hi casino guru I signed up to damslots a couple of days ago and so far I’ve won over £300 after putting £100 down and when I tried to withdraw the money it says I need to verify my account so I sent them a email saying can you verify my account please sent them the docs etc and I’ve still yet to get a response can you help me please

I'd really like to help you, sadly we allow casinos 14 full days to verify the account and complete the withdrawal before we step in. It's because the first KYC (know your customer) and associated withdrawals are usually the longest.

I'd suggest sending the email once a few days, would be better to play in a casino that provides live chat, I guess.
