Bad betting site

Hi, I played Jeffbet ages ago and they’re absolutely a shambles in terms of paying out.

they were good to begin with but as soon as I won £2000 GBP, they tried to be crafty and cancel the verifications and refused to pay out,

Luckily, I screenshot the verification as I knew they would be horrible about it and after phone calls and loads of emails, they finally paid although they were cheeky and did it in 5 payments so they could take a withdrawal fee on each transaction.

They also blocked me from using their site again.

this betting site should not be allowed to operate and you guys should really look into it to save other people gambling and coming across this problem.

theyre disgusting and can’t accept losing money even though i most probably lost more than i won….. as we do lol

Hello, I understand its unpleasant situation. In your description, though, I could not understand what actually happened. Could you kindly describe what the casino claimed you did against the rules, please? You mentioned screenshots, so feel free to post them too.

Hi, this was aaaages ago, so basically, a bot initially verifies you (what jeffbet said) when you sign up. They accepted whatever documents were uploaded.

won a few times like £50, £100 and they paid no problems, then the big wins came. 500, 700, 1000, they refused to pay, making up excuses. They said I wasn’t photo verified but I knew they was going to be funny about it so I made sure to screenshot the green ticked verification.

as soon as I said I am verified , they said no I wasn’t and deleted the green tick verification to a red X.

i sent them the screenshot and said they’re scammers etc and once I had that proof of how they blatantly tried to scam me they had to pay and they then blocked the account.

one of you guys needs to sign up, win a lot of money and see how they operate.

tbh, seeing is believing, just make sure you screenshot everything

I see, or if you are concerned that the casino scammed you like you claim, you should submit a free complaint and prove that to my colleagues and to the casino.
