When you contact the live support they’ll congrats you you on the jackpot and ask you to go live a review on trust pilot and now you have to deposit 200$ for you to be able to withdraw you funds and unfreeze the rest of the games. If you deposit the 200$ then they’ll tell you, your account is considered high rollers premium since you have over 10K or even if your account reaches 10K. So you’ll need to deposit another 500$ to make your account premium. If you do the deposit the 500$ then they’ll lock your account or never respond to you.

Sounds pretty much like some sort of pyramid game where you climb the ledger and deposit in order to do so because you are motivated by the huge award at the top 🙁.
