Tyvärr gjorde jag misstaget igen och förlitade mig på detta. Dessutom, eftersom casinon gärna nämner sådana gränser någonstans dolda, är det ibland svårt att se.

Jag satte in 10 USD, satsade till 600 USD och fick sedan 50 USD i riktiga pengar. Således, för alla nämnda bonusar, finns det en maxvinst på 5x bonusbeloppet. Det är synd, men jag hoppas verkligen att de justerar det snabbare än med Stelario etc., där det fortfarande listades som "obegränsat" månader senare :(

From what I've seen and what you shared, I don't think it's the same bonus. What they have there is probably correct, but I don't think it's the deposit bonus you shared a screenshot of.

Hei Jaro, its from the Welcome Bonusses, of course. I make another Deposit for the 4th Welcome Bonus with 11 USDt with 160% Bonus, wins was capped at 88 USD. I upload you more and hope it helps you to understand 🙂 As you see on my Wager finish screenshot it credits 88 usd (my balance was nearly 300 as you see on the screenshot) to real Balance. It was the same with the other Bonusses. you see this max Win Limit only after Deposit and before wager finished only in the bonus tab with the wagering status. (This is from my Post before the screenshot with the red line mark from me)

Of course I understand, anyway I'm glad you shared this fact and I hope it will help especially the players if they will play there. It's not enough for you according to what you wrote, is it? A bonus like that probably wouldn't be for me, but if you managed to spin it, you'll get something out of it for a change.

Nej, min lägsta bonus som jag fortfarande finner acceptabel är x10 bonus OCH minst 200% bonusvärde :) Men jag påverkas mer av detta än de många "freaks" som sätter in tre- eller fyrsiffriga summor. Jag sätter väldigt sällan in till exempel 50 euro. Och då har jag till exempel 20 euro x 200% = 40 euro = 400 maxvinst. Det är mer realistiskt än om någon satte in till exempel 500 och hade en maxvinst på 10 000. Och jag har haft det tillräckligt ofta för att jag förlorat stora summor på grund av gränsen. Bara i det här fallet gick det från runt 300 till 88, så 2/3 helt enkelt borta :) Jag förstår att särskilt mindre casinon måste begränsa detta, men de borde kommuniceras tydligt istället för att nämna det någonstans i 20 000 ord av villkoren. Folk skriver det ofta kryptiskt, t.ex. "tio gånger" istället för 10x etc.

It surely has to be written clearly in bonus terms, but unfortunately sometimes casinos just put it in general terms, actually. We've had this happen many times, and we always suggest they have it clearly written and easy to find for every player.

Men det finns nu många bra casinon utan maximala utbetalningar 🙂

What happened?

We worked with this company under the CPA model. After their manager set up all the S2S postbacks, we ran test registrations, saw that everything was working correctly, and launched the advertising campaigns (we spent around $3,500 on traffic).

One day we noticed that the statistics had become completely unrealistic: the conversion from registration to first deposit was showing 100% (at that point we had driven 330 registrations to their project and only about 20 real first deposits). We immediately informed them that their postback settings had broken and paused all advertising campaigns, because incorrect attribution would completely ruin campaign optimization.

In response, they admitted that yes, there was a technical error on their side with the postback settings (let me remind you: the setup was done by their own employee, and the first ~300 registrations and 20 deposits had been tracked without any issues). Right after that, the employee said he was quitting, and the product offered to pay us for only 1 player (which is 7.5% of our traffic spend, not counting the man-hours of buyers and technical specialists).

For the past several days, the team lead of their affiliate network has been refusing to put us in touch with her management, claiming that the business is undergoing restructuring, and she simply ignores all our legitimate questions and requests.

We are now left without payment for the majority of the approved conversions and without any constructive dialogue.

Well, not much to add. I'm afraid.
