As I can see in the complaint, you were able to open another account with exactly the same personal details.
Doesn't sound good, though I do not know further details.

Ja, Radka, du har helt rätt. Casino meddelade att de inte har något blockeringssystem som kan blockera nya konton, även om du öppnar ett nytt konto med din personliga information. Det betyder att när en problemspelare stänger sitt spelkonto på grund av ett spelproblem kan han öppna ett nytt konto med samma personliga information och spela när som helst. Jag tycker inte att det låter ansvarsfullt, jag är orolig. För nu vet jag att det finns ett casino som tillåter problemspelare att spela även om du begär ett förbud. Inte bra för en problemspelare som försöker återhämta sig från denna sjukdom.

No bro i was not asking about 9500 cashback.. lets say u where the manager of casino and u have a guy playing and depositing 9500 euro in 1 day.. Would u value this customer, and naybe add a bonus with 10x wagger, to keep this customer. I would defently do that.

Hello Mum❤️ yes now i an playing on some estonian casinos with a weekly cashback on 10% waggerfri. And yes i know casinos wont off corse make profit. But imo u dont make a player stay on your casino by putting that wagger on bonuses..
