De ger inte tillbaka depositionen, de anklagade mig för att ha flera konton utan bevis, och nu svarar de inte ens i Telegram, de ignorerar bara meddelanden.

De skriver att detta är ett casino utan kyc, varför finns det ett multikonto överhuvudtaget? Jag förstår inte dina anklagelser, alla kan bara skylla på spelaren, de kommer aldrig i sitt liv att kunna skylla på mig för något jag inte gjorde, de har inga bevis, de skriver att deras system omedelbart identifierade mig, men varför berättade de detta för mig först när jag tog ut pengar? Jag skulle inte spela vidare i deras casino, detta är absurt, casinot är en bedragare, de har nu bara bestämt sig för att inte svara mig i telegram.

Hello. You make a valid point about the casino not relying on KYC. As far as we know, the casino is not licensed, so they have the discretion to decide whether to proceed with the KYC or not.

I would say it strongly depends on the specific terms and conditions, which say:

"The Company reserves the right to request KYC documents in order to verify a User's identity and residency. Services and payment transactions may be restricted until identity verification is completed.

15.2. Communication and Account Verification"

Still, the casino support should transparently explain its stance and I empathize with you if they do not show the effort.

While Casx.io does not enforce mandatory KYC, as stated in Section 15.1 of our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to request identity verification and suspend transactions in specific cases (e.g., suspicion of multiple accounts).

Furthermore, according to Sections 5.1 and 5.2, each user is allowed to have only one account. Our system automatically flags potential violations. That said, we are open to reviewing your case in detail.
