Hi there

I deposited $50 and submitted all documents which they have asked also when making a deposit with Interac etransfer they should be aware that the bank generates statements at the end of the month. So I should be able to submit a online wallet screenshot shots which only shows the account number and transaction however, for reference I submitted a previous month statement screenshot for reference to match my account number and still they are not accepting that and holding my withdrawal so players from canada don’t play here this casino is full of bullshit

Tried them for a deposit.

I managed to complete the bonus wager - playing only the equivalent of $0.2 - $0.8 bets, I needed the full 3 days and made it with an hour left on the clock!

Some other things to remark after 3 days with Casinonic:


The site runs real smooth and gameplay was uninterrupted.

Support replies in an instant.

They have no collect loyalty points for money/free spins exhange feature.

After wagering the bonus, a "Daily Rush Race" tournament became available. However, there is no info about it to be found anywhere on their site.

Max bet is $50 on slots.

There is no sportsbook.

The only option for withdrawal showing to me is Mifinity. I deposited with Mastercard.

Uploading documents for KYC is easy. I did today, and they are currently pending.

Ok, I'm ready to pass a verdict on Casinonic.

My conclusion is: If you know what is good for you, play somewhere else!

The problem arose when it came to the verification of my payment method. I use Revolut and deposit with their virtual Mastercard. Since this is a virtual card, obviously there is no physical copy, it is only available in the app. I took a photo of it and sendt it in along with my Revolut account statement from May which clearly indicates both my personal details as well as transaction info showing the card used for the deposit to Casinonic.

They declined it. They insisted I needed to produce a photo of the physical card. Then, I spoke with them explaining how it works. They refused it again, once more insisting to see the physical copy... Remember, no physical copy of this exists.

What I had sendt in was more than enough documentation, and these exact same documents have in fact gotten me fully verified with the likes of bitStarz, King Billy, betheat, Rocketplay, you name it..!

Speaking to support wasn't a very pleasant experience either. They weren't directly rude but there was certainly an abscense of politeness. Also, they disabled the chat for me. All I did was rate it with a thumbs down, because it asked for a rating. I was not offensive at all.

So, better to just move on from these guys as well. There are so many good casinos out there, I'm not wasting any more energy on someone like this.

Var försiktig med detta casino - de har konstig, enligt min mening felaktig programvara och de bryr sig inte ett dugg.

Jag spelade nyligen spelet i - åtminstone tror jag det - Slotlords och det var inga problem. Men jag vet att problemen funnits tidigare – eftersom Casinonic gav mig kredit då och då – där jag kunde ta ut max 40 euro – och det var samma problem. Därför slog det mig direkt igår att något var fel.

Ibland var det 2 scatter på en rulle, men det spelade ingen roll - jag trodde okej, det var ett misstag, bara en scatter kan landa på en rulle - det är därför jag inte räknar den 2:a scattern.

Men i princip har problemet funnits där länge. Och som sagt, om en kund ber mig titta på det sista spelet, då förväntar jag mig att det kommer att ske. Och inte, vad säger systemet om det? För tillfället är jag inte intresserad av vad systemet säger - jag är nyfiken på att se om de visar dig bilden - mitt konto är nu spärrat så att jag aldrig tänker sätta in pengar där igen

I can imagine this because I would also be personally interested in what could be the mistake. Maybe they could have discussed it with the game provider, at least to see if there is a bug. It gives more credibility if casinos are also interested in players' questions, because in this case it could really just be an error. 

Anyway, there is probably not much you can do with a blocked account. Do you have any idea why they did it?

Jag hade mitt konto blockerat där eftersom jag inte vill ha något med sådana casinon att göra.
