Anyome else have lack of payment direction , or even lack of help from their trained staff ?

Based on your complaint, I can see that the casino promised to get the issue reviewed by their risk team, this was 1 week ago. Do I assume correctly that there has been no response till now?

Yeah the site is grasping right and they know it . wjen they said things that cant be backed up but i can back up my side . but anything not to pay the customer

I've made a few withdrawals there, and did always get paid. Takes a couple of days, but they get it done.
