Customers service is good,about bonuses you have 100 precent bonus for frist two deposits and monday reload bonus 50 precent,if you are VIP player- you have VIP manger after you contact VIP manger he add bonus at your account also witrawable is very fast if u win- I dont have luck at that casino about winings
