Hi, My Casinobud, account got closed since I couldn't provide documents to verify my account. I have deposited 7000€ to the account and I had over 14000€ in the account. I have provided them all kind of documents including bank statements, screenshots, Receipts of transfers and other documents. They just decline all. I am more than happy to provide all those documents and others to verify the account.

I am really sorry that you were not able to verify your account, but I don't understand the reason, though.
Could you tell us more, please? Why were those documents not approved, and what was the reason for closing your account then?

De meddelade omedelbart att kontot skulle stängas om kontot inte kunde verifieras inom 30 dagar. Eftersom jag misslyckades med detta stängdes kontot tydligen tills kontot kunde verifieras. Jag har skickat dem flera kontoutdrag och flera kvitton på de exakta överföringar som de begärt. Jag har också tillhandahållit skärmdumpar, men de är inte giltiga. I nuläget går det inte att verifiera källan till pengarna eftersom de avvisar dokument som borde räcka.
