I made a deposit with my revolut card, transaction was succesful and the status is accepted. But it is two days now the casino does not credit my money. Support always says in some hours you will receive your money, other agents say that my money were not received to the casino, i have sent screenshots and everything needed but nobody helps me. First time that i meet something like this in a casino.

Oh my,.. something that will definitely ruin one's appetite for playing.

These problems are real pain, especially if the casino hires a 3rd party company called a payment provider to handle all transactions on behalf of the casino. When the problem occurs, it may look just like this situation.

I'm sorry to see you cough in the middle. Tomorrow is another banking holiday in many countries, so I would not expect any breakthrough by then.

Despite it sounding quite stupid, I fear you have to be patient and wait for the casino to resolve that. Or, better said, give it more time. I wish I could provide something useful, yet I'd say given the circumstances, it is too early to step in.


Could you kindly update us on Friday though? It is not that we aim to leave you helpless, of course.

In all casinos using this method my money are being delivered instantly to casino. I don't understand what is the problem with this Casino and they say to me that they have to check etc. My money for sure was sent to their payment provider.

Did you know that casinos may also lend players money so they can play instantly, yet the money comes a few hours or days later? Well, some casinos, on the other hand, are not that generous and insist on waiting for the payment to reach the recipient.

I am trying to convey that only each casino can give you a complete explanation of what happened. 🙁
