Hello all,
This is to inform players Bulletz Casino have just had court papers filed against them in Carribiajustice courts due to not engaging in pre action protocol with solicitors Maple Grove.
I will keep this thread open for those to see the outcome.
The Casino has basically attempted theft and has endured to use the 'live video KYC' request as a legitimate reason for withholding funds (despite numerous withdrawals on my account previously).
I have since left the country where I opened the account and the casino has still attempted theft.
Will updated as and when judgement or settlement is made.
Notes for other players interms of the case study -
€300 for solicitor (At present)
€120 for court filing.
All claimed back in court papers.
Total time spent so far - 3 weeks.

Please publish this site to raise awareness of Bulletz ILLEGAL practises. They CANNOT under EU or Carribia law attempt to steal players funds who do not wish to do a live KYC call. I have seen them doing this to many many players.

This is an update.
The casino has only sent €20 of the €330 balance.
I have forwarded this to my solicitors and it will be added into the court claim.

And do you know why this happened? Did the casino explain it somehow or they didn't tell you anything?

I wish guru would stop giving such high ratings to such obviously terrible casinos

I would wish that before a player writes a similar statement, he would tell what happened to him in the casino, so that it would be clearly visible that such an opinion is also based on experience/facts. 🙂
