It has been 3 months since I requested the withdrawal option on my Bookmaker.eu account, and still, nothing has been resolved. I have completed numerous KYC verifications as requested, including submitting video selfies and detailed forms. I’ve even informed them that I’m willing to provide anything else they need, but the situation remains unresolved.
During this time, I’ve lost more than I’ve won in the casino and am now about $5,000 in the negative. Despite my many attempts to reach out, I have received no response to my emails. The lack of communication and the delay in verification are unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue!
Bookmaker.eu must address this quickly and ensure that their customers receive the support and transparency they deserve.

Hi, I'd say you've lasted quite a long time, so 3 months doing verification with trying to withdraw money. I take it you've been through it successfully ? What is the casino's reason for not having your money yet, they haven't told you anything in all this time ?
Anyway, I wouldn't even wait for a call and file a complaint on our website, but before you do that I have an important question. Did you play casino games or your winnings are from sports betting ?

Betting at the casino. I used the site for months without making withdrawals, just depositing and losing. The first withdrawal I tried to make, I didn't even succeed, they already asked for countless KYC verification, video selfie, photo with paper written date of the day, filling out a form. And I sent everything they requested and it's been 3 months and nothing. I'm not even betting at their casino anymore. There are 4900 reais there and no way to withdraw it.

Is it a very long time and still not verified or does it just take this long to withdraw ? If you have played some slots, table games or similar and not just bet on sports, then you can use our free feature- complaint. But if you were only betting on sports then this will not be possible. It's not very clear from what you wrote, so could you clarify that for me please ?
