I am completely shocked at how low a casino can sink, this casino has now locked me out without any explanation. I suspect it is because I have won, a casino that clearly sends signals that only losers are welcome. I had also won something on their weekly tournament which I now cannot use. but the worst thing is that I have a withdrawal of 1000 euros which they have not processed! this industry stinks

Do you mean that the casino has blocked your account after you requested the withdrawal?
Isn't it due to some checks they have to do, actually? Have they explained anything to you?

They informed me that my access has been blocked, and that this decision was made by the administrators without any explanation. Most likely, it’s because I’ve made more withdrawals than they’re comfortable with. I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

They've paid me now, but there's been no explanation as to why my account was closed. After a few withdrawals, it's not hard to guess. You can deposit thousands of euros as long as you keep losing, but as soon as you win a significant amount, they just ban your account. It's ridiculous behavior, in my opinion. There's also a lot of speculation linking Hollycorn to Russian cybercriminals.

You said that you've been paid now. Right? So, is your account still banned?
Casinos usually block the account whenever they need to investigate. If everything is okay, they unblock it and pay the player.
If you see it from the other side, they actually protect your money like this so you have no chance to play them down, you know. 🤷♀️

I was told that the account is closed with no possibility of reopening. When I asked why, they refused to provide an explanation.

If no balance was left there, the casino can really decide to close any account; it is up to them, actually.

Yes, they closed my account before processing the withdrawal, which was obviously concerning. They did eventually pay out, so I’m not going to waste time arguing to keep a casino account. I also won something in one of their tournaments that I can’t even use, but whatever.
Sure, a casino can shut down an account whenever they want. But if the only thing I did was withdraw my winnings without breaking any rules what kind of signal do you think that sends?

Well, if we don't know what exactly triggered it, we won't judge. That's for sure.
But, at least, you have a chance to try something else. Right?
