You periodically come here and post the same thing over and over again. I have responded to similar vents many times in the past. Can you kindly wait for the complaint to reach a conclusion? There is truly no way to agree or talk about specific issues you face with you sooner than that.

Lol, this casino is a joke. I sent my KYC documents to them last Thursday almost a week ago and no one has yet bothered to take a look at them. They themselves state that KYC "can take up to 3 business days. It's been longer than that now and they stopped answering my emails completely.

KYC in 2025 should take a few hours max, not days or weeks. Fucking amateurs.

Perhaps try to check also the spam folder in your email, as sometimes these kinds of emails can end up there, actually.

Jag håller med dem, casinot är en bluff, de höll mig igång med verifieringen också... förlorade en massa pengar!! Jag förstår inte leverantörerna, spelen är otroligt dåliga, efter verifiering och ett litet uttag är det bara döda snurr, det finns inga funktioner. Spelen kraschar och man måste ständigt ladda om. Supporten är värdelös och om man klagar blir man blockerad. Felmeddelanden ignoreras.

Jag skulle vilja fråga om Blazespins casino. Idag satte jag in 30 euro för en 50% bonus utan att omsätta upp till 15 000 dollar. Jag vann, men när det kom till uttag uppstod ett problem.
