If you deposited with visa or MasterCard you can tell them you have been a victim of fraud and you might get a charge back which means you would at least get your deposits back

I know it's been about 14 days since you requested the withdrawal. Unfortunately you played in a casino that doesn't have a good safety index according to us. Anyway, I read the newest email that you posted into your complaint. As far as they communicate with you, I'd still give them a chance. The question is how long time you're willing to wait...They might use the delaying tactic, hoping that you'll lose your winnings since you won quite a lot compared to the size of your deposit. But I'm just guessing.

We're talking here about a deposit of 20 eur that can get her a spot on a blacklist of many casino providers in case she'll request the chargeback. I'd use this only as the last resort.
