Hi at least I won and loose Big at this casino .But from the moment I start play at game Wild Swarm 2 I experienced fraud methods and special bonus after collecting 100 bees its impossible to reach i get over 40 bees and queen bees still cannot open it.Hillarious amount of money pumped just to reach that bonus they know about .They have and use tactics which increase let you win after that forget its impossible to win I would like to put into this discussion Joonas its propably key account Manager told as VIP Manager.

Game is setup to give back minimum now previously I notice 94 % RTP money back to me but from moment I get in contact with this support worker

I notice many weird situation at least over 40 bees also queen bees cannot unlocked spe ial bonus.Game gives a bonus after hitting 3 scatter stake 500 symbols but its setup by them to give it back just 520 nok which been couple times like that.Previously i hit a pink case symbol with 500 x now that symbol is removed during thousand of spins still cannot reach that symbol.I would like also ask push gaming to come here and explain why something like this happen

Hi I reach 5th top level at game named Wild Swarm 2.To unlock that bonus I needed to hit 1 bee or queen bee game is just setup to made profit on me its just turn the possibility of win .I get over 40 bee or queen bee symbol game takes 500 000 nok and still cannot open it did some other players experienced something like this ?during game i experienced many errors which I need to restart game and comeback plus 3 scatter symbol bonus at least paid back bet amonut i hit this 500 bet ,600 bet and its give back just 520 nok i get many screenshots.I want to get chargeback because it looks like feaud and scamm I want also reply from game creators push gaming

I just spotted a similar post, so I added that into one thread.

Absolutely abysmal company. White Star B.V. does not care about responsible gaming at all, and ignore requests to completely block from all of their platform. Their casino, Paratiisi, admitted their fault in this and processed me a refund, but BigBoost refuses to do so even though the circumstances are the same.

They do not admit their failures, customer support are rude, and they make up excuses. Please avoid this casino like plague.

Hi, for the same purpose as their sister casino, did you want a refund from here? 

As far as the block is concerned, sometimes it is possible that you have to self-exclude from casinos individually and so on. Have you tried that perhaps? Did they tell you they won't do it or what's the problem? 

Hi today I request them about cashback as a VIP I reach 20 % it never goes to be added by system they did that manually.I have once situation when win big I made cashout but VIP manager add it 46 000 from 10 % cashback later I know that is part of tactic which cause affect me to put my winning money back to casino .They decide today to close my account I want to recieve chargeback because game Wild swarm 2 still have ongoing special feature which I pumped 550 000 nok and I believe in that game I can won back .

I noticed that you didn't wait too long to file a complaint, which is probably a good move when you describe what happened.

However, if we are talking about a chargeback, does that mean that you have already applied for it through the payment provider? Or do you mean a refund that you want to get?

If we talk about refund of everything that I loose during game Wild Swarm 2 which cause a lot of failures and showing that rtp or rng dosent works and exist also on ends I dont even have a chance to open a special feature which inholds 550 000 or even more i request a full chargeback of money that i spend on that game its 550 000 aproximatly its price that I set inside to open a special 10 spins special bonus( which in my opinion works as a progressive jackpot) previously works .Casino close my account with active special feature every moment can be opened so they cut me off from posibility to open the special 10 spins which gave a lot of more chance to win than a standard free spins during a game.A payment from provider been a goodwill gesture not from Payoro its been 20 % of total missing funds 22 k from 62 k missing set it up on my account by one of Support Manager who give it back after multiple and several request from my side i also admit that all of these kind of tricks are method of manipulation because I can withdraw only 100k in 24 hour I made over 14 withdraws on website its not even a small information about that limits
