Hi, it would probably be best if the players shared their experiences with you. I looked at the complaints section on our website, and the most recent one is from late 2025, where a player had a delayed withdrawal but eventually received their funds. But I don’t know what the situation is like right now.

I assume you’re having a problem too, right? Can you tell me more?
