Yes did not verify my docs ans did not answer for my emails. If they can not pay 75 usd - so you must transfer this casino to black list.

Whether I passed the verification process, I don't know. I sent the documents but it was listed as pending for a long time. I thought that ordering a withdrawal would speed up the verification process. It happened differently. My account was blocked after a few minutes.

I don't use bonuses.

I will add that in my case it is over $3,000

Hmm, so maybe they are checking the gameplay but if they haven't confirmed it, that's just my guess. I see that there is nothing happening with the documents in your case either, but it is possible that until this check passes, you will have your account blocked for the time being. 

Of course, if you don't hear from them with something concrete in the next few days, let me know and I would definitely go ahead and open a complaint.

As I am an admin on the forum I do not contact casinos. We have a complaint team where you have opened a complaint and when they find out everything they need from you, then they will contact the casino. So try to be a bit patient and I believe that this step will happen.

Hmm, I saw that the casino has blocked your account according to what you wrote. Did they tell you something more specific why this happened or just what you describe, i.e. bonus abuse? 

I saw that you copied the same thing into the complaint and I am curious to know what will be resolved and how our team will handle it. 

But for now we will have to wait until we move on.

I received an email informing me that my account was closed. The reason is that they do not accept players from Poland. They gave me the option to create an account and make a deposit. Usually, when players from Poland cannot use the casino, there is no option to register. I was robbed of my deposit.
